Farewell Party of DTU students and P2A IBI Darmajaya students
It was established in June 2012, P2A now becomes a bridge connecting students from all over universities in ASEAN. P2A is also a good chance for us to learn each other: Culture, study, lifestyle…Actually, P2A helps to do exactly that: To learn, to experience and to understand ASEAN.
From December 18-20th, 2013, DTU was so happy to give the P2A group from IBI Darmajaya Institute a warmest welcome. After 2 days staying and travelling around Danang city, P2A Gala Dinner was held in December 19th, 2013 to bring the two sides students a lot of funs and remarkable memories. Students enjoyed exchanging their own national cultures in terms of family life, love, studying and national holidays as well.
Le Thi Hoai Thuong, a student from International Department – Duy Tan University said that: “P2A program has created for us many opportunities in terms of cultural exchange, lifestyles as well as Indonesian people. Moreover, this is a good chance to share experiences in studying, daily life, and student life to international students, improve English speaking, communication skills, and our own confidence. As a hospitality majored student, I myself realize this is a great program for me to cultivate my knowledge, to understand more about other cultures and to enhance my studying as well.”
In response to the enthusiasm of DTU friends, there was an Indonesian students from group P2A – IBI Darmajaya has shared: “We are very happy to communicate with DTU friends. DTU students are very hospitality, friendly and they all are wonderful friends. Visit DTU under P2A program, we got to understand deeply and specifically about Vietnamese culture, Vietnamese people and especially Danang people. We really hope there would be many more chances like this for students to make friend, to improve their skills and we are eager to welcome DTU students visit Indonesia very soon.”
The party has been come to an end with a lot of promises and plans. The students did not forget to make friends as many as they could and keep in touch with each other via Facebooks, emails. It can be said that the beautiful moments would become a signal of the connection and friendship between ASEAN students.
